Director of Community Services and Director of Mental Health: 

Acts as CEO of the local government unit responsible for the Community Mental Hygiene Plan and Programs, and directing the mental health, substance abuse, and intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD) services within the county. Makes recommendations to the Community Services Board toward attaining a comprehensive community mental health, substance abuse and I/DD system of services and programs.
