The Conference represents and supports the Directors of Community Services across the state, speaking with a unified voice to advance public policy and to advocate for optimal quality of life for people impacted by mental illness, addiction and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Vision
The Conference will have an empowered and informed membership, with an essential and effective voice, that builds health and resiliency for people in communities across the state.
